What we hold. Company and employee records, leave requests and balances, policy acknowledgments, and an append-only audit log. Advisor conversations are stored with the sources used to answer them.

Staff privacy. An employee's Advisor questions are private. Owners see anonymised monthly themes only — never the content of a staff member's questions.

Where it lives. Data is hosted in a UK region where available, otherwise the closest EU region. It is never hosted in a US region.

Your rights. Owners can export people and the full audit log at any time, and can erase an employee's personal data (GDPR) while retaining anonymised statutory leave records.

AI. The Advisor answers only from your published policies and a curated UK guidance library. Answers are guidance, not legal advice.

Security. No passwords — sign-in is by magic link. Sign-in tokens are stored hashed and are single-use.
